Mark Meadows was on the infamous call — detailed in the indictment — in which Trump urged state election officials to find the votes he’d need to win. Meadows, a former North Carolina congressman, also traveled to Georgia at one point to try and gain access to a state audit of absentee ballot envelopes. Meadows faces two felony counts in the indictment. Meadows is charged with racketeering and soliciting a violation of an oath by a public officer.

Jenna Ellis, a Trump lawyer, faces two charges in a sweeping case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D): violating the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and soliciting the violation of oath by a public official.
John Eastman, the conservative attorney who pushed a plan to keep Donald Trump in power, turned himself in to authorities Tuesday on charges in the Georgia case alleging an illegal plot to overturn the former president’s 2020 election loss. A former dean of Chapman University Law School in Southern California, Eastman was a close adviser to Trump in the run-up to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by the president’s supporters intent on halting the certification of Biden’s electoral victory. He wrote a memo laying out steps Vice President Mike Pence could take to stop the counting of electoral votes while presiding over Congress’ joint session on Jan. 6 in order to keep Trump in office. After the 2020 election, Eastman and others pushed to put in place a slate of “alternate” electors falsely certifying that Trump won and tried to pressure Pence to reject or delay the counting of legitimate electoral votes for Biden, a Democrat.

 

Harrison Floyd: In the new Georgia indictment, Floyd is charged alongside Trump on a racketeering charge over an alleged conspiracy to keep the then-president in power following the 2020 election. Floyd is accused of trying to convince Fulton County election worker Ruby Freeman to make false statements about election operations on Election Day 2020, under the guise of offering her help. Beyond the racketeering count, Floyd is charged with influencing witnesses and conspiring to solicit false statements and writings. In February, Floyd was arrested in Maryland after he allegedly assaulted an FBI agent who was serving him a grand jury subpoena, according to court filings.

 

Scott Hall, who works as a bail bondsman in Atlanta, was charged by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis with crimes related to his alleged involvement in the Coffee County, Georgia, voting systems breach.

 

Cathy Latham surrendered to face 11 charges, including impersonating a public officer and conspiracy to commit election fraud, jail records show. She was released from Fulton County Jail on a $75,000 bond, Latham was one of 16 Georgia Republicans who signed a certificate declaring themselves “duly elected and qualified” electors and falsely claiming that Trump won the state in 2020, according to the indictment and The Associated Press. She is also facing charges related to sensitive election data that was illegally downloaded in Coffee County, prosecutors said.

 

Ray Smith faces 12 charges, including violation of Georgia’s RICO Act and conspiracy to commit filing false documents, jail records show. His bond has been set at $100,000, according to WSB. Smith, an Atlanta-based attorney, represented Trump in lawsuits challenging the 2020 election results in Georgia.
Kenneth Chesebro was granted a $100,000 bond on charges of violating of the State’s RICO Act, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit filing false document and two counts each of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit false statements and writings. A grand jury indicted Powell on seven charges last week, including one count of violating Georgia’s RICO Act and two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud. Powell served as Trump’s attorney and she frequently claimed that the 2020 presidential election had been stolen from him, despite a lack of evidence
